    Deposits are instant, while a withdrawal can take a few banking days depending on the method.

    Minimum requirements for document verification.

    Verification of identity document:

    For the verification of the Identity Document, the following will be accepted: DNI, national identity document or National Identity Card, Carnet or driver's license, passport or other identification with photo issued by the government.

    Document requirements:

    • All 4 corners of the document must be visible in the image.
    • The image must be in color and not black and white.
    • It cannot be a scanned document or a photo of a copy, it must be a photo of the original document.

    Verification of proof of residence:

    Accepted documents for proof of residence: utility bill, bank statement or official letter from the local authority (police, tax authorities, courts ...).

    Document requirements:

    • Name, address, date of issue and logo of the issuing company must be visible on the document.
    • The document must be from a recognized company or local authority.
    • The issue date cannot be more than 6 months ago.

    Verification of bank cards:

    If you have used credit or debit cards, they must be in your name. It is not allowed to use cards in the names of third parties.

    Document requirements:

    • Full name and card number must be visible
    • In the event that the card does not include the name of the holder, a bank certificate must be sent in which the card holder and their numbering appear. That way we can verify that the card belongs to the same VeoWin account holder.
    • Remember to hide the CVV of your card in case we ask you to send the back.

    Verification of bank accounts:

    If our team asks you to verify your bank account, you must send a bank certificate showing the bank's logo, the full name of the account holder as well as the account number.
